The make-up workshop is composed of the production workshops for wax base products and powder products, the powder re-processing workshop, and the GMP aseptic filling workshop. We have the capability to produce makeup foundation and reduce the risk of powder pollution. Furthermore, we have strict manufacture requirements and examination standards for not merely the re-processing of materials and the whole process of production, filling and packing, but also the colors of powder products.
The Production Workshop
Mechanized Production and High Production Capacity
The production workshop, composed of the water processing section, storage section for raw materials, the material weighing section and a warehouse for semi-finished products, serves to produce creams, lotions, toners, soaps, and gel products. The production workshop is furnished with advanced emulsion equipment, including soap solution tanks and emulsion tanks of 50L, 100L, 300L, 1000L and 2000L. The volumes of the emulsion tanks are so assorted that they could satisfy customer’s varying needs. The production workshop is also equipped with 100L and 200L storage tanks as well as 500L vacuum storage tanks, which keep the materials stored under aseptic condition. With the maximum performance of the equipment, the daily production capacity can be as high as 20,000 kilograms.
The Filling and Packing Workshop
GMPC Certification and Strict On-Line Inspection Management
The filling and packing workshop is comprised of the GMP purification and filling workshop, the laminating workshop, the packing workshop, and the warehouse. The filling and packing workshop is equipped with three full automatic filling machines for creams and lotions, two automatic mask filling and sealing machines, two filling machines for flexible hoses with ends sealed, one automatic cream filling machine, two semi-automatic liquid filling machines with four nozzles, ampoule filling and sealing machines, automatic labelling machines, automatic folding machines, automatic laminators, and full automatic inkjet bar code printers. With the scientific management system and advanced equipment, we endeavor to produce high quality products.
